"The Banait Family", a well known and established name in Nagpur made India proud worldwide. Jerryl Lawns and Yash Palace has been awarded by Guinness Book of World Records, Limca Book of National Records and Limca Book of World Records for tallest "Samai" (Pooja Lamp) of 48 ft high (Which is now 60 ft) with 12 ft diameter base & 24 lighted flames. Yash Palace has 15 arches and 15 jharokas which depicts of carvings of Rajasthani haveli. The entire exercise took 1,600 manhours and over 45 days to complete. Besides the family, they were helped by six unskilled labourers. Everything from visualization to design and idea was executed by Dr. Avinash Banait and his family. Jerryl Lawns and Yash Palace has also been nominated for Best Lawn award from Navbharat Team.

Jerryl Lawns is located at West High Court Road, Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur (Maharashtra). Located in the heart of the city, Jerryl Lawns is barely 10 -15 mins drive from the Airport and Railway Station. Due to it's prime location, Jerryl Lawns offers ease and convenience, making it the perfect choice for weddings, corporate functions, concerts, religious ceremony etc. Yash Palace has 2 banquet halls on ground floor and 1st floor for the convenience of guests. Jerryl Lawns is spread over 21,000 sq. feet of beautifully landscaped grounds adorned with majestic palm trees, shimmering fountains, brick pathways, picturesque stone gazebos and a wonderful Lord Krishna statue, holding gowardhan parbat in index finger is placed at the main entrance.
