The Samai is adorned by a peacock which is very auspicious and this type of samai is used for pooja of deities. This samai has 48 ft high (Which is now 60 ft) with 12ft diameter base & 24 lighted flames. The inception of idea, designing & execution is done by Dr. Avinash Banait and helpers in Nagpur Maharashtra, India.

For this Royal Samai Jerryl Lawns and Yash Palace has been awarded by prestigious Guinness World Records on 5th November 1999, Limca Book of World Records on 2nd October 2000 and Limca Book of National Records on October 2002. Also, Jerryl Lawns has been nominated for "The Best Lawn Award" in 2018 from the Navbharat.

Light is a form and a symbol of Tej (Absolute fire principle). The lamp is invoked as, ‘ तमसो मा ज्‍योतिर्गमय ।’ meaning the lamp leads us from darkness towards light. The presence of “Agni” fire ensures success. It is a tradition to light a lamp first before starting any auspicious events or rituals. Light symbolizes the absence of darkness, grief and unhappiness.

Jerryl lawns is divided into two sections - "Jerryl Lawn" and "Yash Palace", which can be booked according to the size and capacity of event/party. A dedicated Hard Floor area of 65000 sq. ft. is available for buffet. Jerryl Lawns is spread over 21,000 sq. feet of beautifully landscaped grounds adorned with majestic palm trees and a wonderful Lord Krishna statue, holding gowardhan parbat in index finger is placed at the main entrance. The garden is graced with brick pathways and picturesque stone gazebos.

Jerryl Lawns and Yash Palace have 2 banquet hall + 5 rooms with attached bathrooms for the convenience of guests. Event organizers enjoy the additional venue facilities they have access to, which include ample car parking, washroom and sanitation facilities, clean surroundings, a large area for live food stations. Unseasonal rains never obstruct the event because the hall is attached to the lawn. Hence, the party can be shifted indoor in Yash palace.

In Yash Palace, there are 15 arches and 15 jharokas which depicts carvings of typical rajasthani architecture giving a royal elegance. This grand banqueting facility is at a strategically advantageous spot which exclusively features Seven Wonders with a doli. Yash palace has 150 ft long, 30 ft wide and 30 ft tall of fibre glass structure. It also has two banquet halls on ground floor and 1st floor for the convenience of guests.
